So, we finally got a release date for that all-inclusive media centre (I don’t feel that I can be called a games console, after the amount of TV and social media plugging that Microsoft has done), the Xbox One. On November the 22nd, a full week after the release of the Playstation 4, the big black box will be available to 13 of the 21 countries originally in the line up for release.
With pre-order stock already sold out from most stockists, the Xbox One is looking to become the biggest Microsoft hardware launch date. Though no figures have been released, I have no doubt that thousands of dedicated gamers are waiting to see whether the tables have turned in the new generation, and whether Sony’s console will take the early in the sales race.
The Xbox One will be released on the 22nd of November, and the Playstation 4 on the 15th of the same month.
